WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF YOUR ITEM WE MUST RECEIVE THE REQUEST VIA EMAIL TO SUPPORT@RICHMUSICLTD.COM NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED

THE REQUEST WILL NEED TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE TO. YOUR CHANGE IS CONFIRMED WHEN OUR TEAM RESPONDS CONFIRMING THE CHANGE HAS BEEN MADE. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL REFUND/CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT. IN ORDER TO REQUEST A REFUND/CANCELLATION WE MUST RECEIVE THE REQUEST VIA EMAIL TO SUPPORT@RICHMUSICLTD.COM BEFORE THE ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY. THE REQUEST WILL NEED TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED OUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REQUEST A REFUND/CANCELLATION.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FOR A REFUND/CANCELLATION, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND SEND A DISCOUNT CODE TO THE EMAIL USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE WITH THE VALUE OF THE CANCELLED ORDER. 

YOU WILL HAVE 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF DISCOUNT CODE IN ORDER TO REDEEM YOUR STORE CREDIT. FAILURE TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR STORE CREDIT.
