Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATION POLICY
If your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, send an email to felix@richmusicltd.com letting us know the following:
Full Name
Shipping Address
Order number

All cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit.

RETURN POLICY
If you would like to make a return, we must receive the item(s) postmarked within 14 days after the date of successful delivery in order to refund the item(s) and you must pay the cost to ship the item(s). All refunds will be processed as store credit.

Items must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed).
No returns on international orders.


EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to make an exchange, we must receive the item(s) back postmarked within 14 days after the date of successful delivery and you must pay the cost to reship the item(s). If it has been 14 days after the date of successful delivery, your exchange will not be accepted.

To make an exchange for a different size, send an email to felix@richmusicltd.com letting us know the:
Order number
Item(s) that you are shipping back
Size(s) you need in return
If we have the requested item(s) in stock, we will set them aside and await the exchange in the mail. If we do not receive the item(s) within 14 days of being notified of the exchange, we will cancel the pending exchange and return the holding item(s) to inventory. If we do not have the requested item(s) in stock, we will email you and let you pick a different item or give you a refund. All refunds will be processed as store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
